Ball Mill Liners for High Abrasion
With our special double-media quenching process, the liners can achieve the following features:
a.Ideal hardness: More than HRC56
b. Ideal toughness value: More than AK10J
c.Even hardness distribution: The hardness difference from surface to the core of each piece of liner casting is less than HRC1.
d. Better wear performance: The anti-wear properties are 2.5 times as much as those of high manganese steel in wet grinding condition.
