The white iron mill liner has the following features:

1. Hardness: more than HRC56;

2. Impact Value: more than 10J;

3. Special heat-treatment process: Aiming at white iron mill liners with higher hardness & higher impact value & even hardness distribution, we design a special quenching process, called Double-media quenching technique with water-based quenching liquid.

4. Internal Quality: we check the internal quality with UT test;

5. External Quality: we check the external quality with MT test & visual inspection

6.  Package: Packed by steel pallets.

7. We supplied the cement mill lining to Korean clients.
